payment problem

payment status says recieved but i see nothing in my paypal account

i have requested my payment in april 18 and  and the date paid in payment staus is april 25 but i see nothing in my account why ?
can say in detail please :'( :'(

Your paypal account somehow denied the mass pay from us.
The reason code is 9302.
Please contact your paypal support for further assistance.

P.S. I have added your money back to your account balance just now.

I requested my payment and I wrote the right personal pin, but it's said  not true. I wish your help to solve this problem, thanks.
