I have not received my payment

I have been waiting for my payment for days, it has been approximately 6 days that I do not receive my money, I withdraw about 0.1 dollars to PayPal and the support does not give me answers.

Waiting for my payment, I have updated to an upgraded traveler account. There it says between 2 and 1 day for the payment to be processed on the web. Three days have already passed. I want my payment. Otherwise, I will not update again.  >:(
