impossible to make purchases

I can't buy advertising the page is slow and ends with an offline webb server I can't buy this for a while I use google firefox etc impossible

Site loading speed is fine on my side.
Have you tried connection with your 4G/5G cell phone for our site?

I don't have a cell phone for the internet but I have optical fiber but I cannot make purchases the page is slow is impossible for mapart its lasts for a while sometimes I get there my rare

Do you have this same issue with other PTC/GTP sites?

I have no problem on another site I will contact you by email also for purchasing fifi I hope it will work again soon enough if it does not work I will contact you I sent you £ 10 for advertising purchase

Have you tried to switch to another network for making purchase?
Cuz I didn't get any complaints regarding purchase issue except from you...
