My referral clicks earnings not showing up

Sir!  My referral clicks earnings are not showing up and getting updated.  Why?  Is there any specific reason?  Simlarly actual PTP earnings are also not showing up.  Please see into it.  Thanks in advance.

If your refs clicked, it would show.
PTP feature was disabled long ago.
