Okay thank you.  But why my account was suspended? I asked then when I purchased it didn't reflect in my account so I contact paypal why? Then to my surprise it was refunded. What violation did I made?

The ads package credits were credited to your account by the time you paid for it.
We have zero tolerance on dispute.
