unable to cashout

Respected Admin,
sir i reached my  minimum cashout limit therefore i tried to request payment from paypal. but whenever i try to request a payment my request is accepted but next day the page shows Admin cancelled your request.
it has happened to me 3 times now and i am unable to cashout.
please solve my problem Admin

Please kindly read our terms about payment.

Payment
Members from Brazil, India, Argentina, Nepal and Israel must request their payout through Liberty Reserve in order to get paid. Members from other countries must request their payout through Paypal in order to get paid.

As stated in our terms.

Paypal does not allow me to send personal payments to those listed countries.
If you insist receiving funds via paypal, I can send it thru service transaction.
But it's meaningless since you will get nothing, coz paypal would eat all the money as transaction fee.
