This would be probably wrong.
If you are already a member of Clixsense, then do not do this offer.

Username is not the affiliate link. It's your username on Clixsense.
Welcome or signup verification is the e-mail that Clixsense sent you, which confirms you have joined Clixsense.

The converter should be working.
Enter the points amount you want to convert, then select cash or link credits on the right side.
Click "Convert Now".

I guess you have selected "Cash" on the left side.
"Cash" is the balance on your account, not the points.
