Withdraw request is telling me my personal pin is wrong (it is not wrong)

I just sent a "contact us" to CashTravel regarding my withdraw request.  It  keeps telling me my personal pin is wrong.  It is not wrong.  Please help!  Thanks.   ???

Please change it once you login.

I logged in, changed pin, clicked ads for today & withdrew with no problem.  Thanks very much!
