Blacklist Buyers (Scam Alert)

This thread is only to expose the shameful buyers(who made dispute against their purchase with no reason)'s accounts info to the public.
Also for the reference for myself and as well as the other PTC/GPT admins.

This person made a purchase of V1 membership via Payza, and made a dispute against the purchase with no reason.

This person made a purchase of V1 membership via Paypal, and made a dispute against the purchase immediately, cannot even wait for 24 hours to have her/his first order to be approved. It is clearly stated that "first order has to be manually approved" on our purchase page.

Tried to resolve this issue, but his/her attitude seems not so good. So granted a full refund, and suspended.
