Paid To Signup - Denied without Clear Reason

My Signup offer denied without clear reason(Full detail not displayed).





I remember i followed the Process correctly. But then why my offer denied? Please see blow the snapshot for my Diffbux Account.



Please Guide me to find where i made mistake.
