Title: Payment status:Sent but I didn't recieved it

Hello ,
Thanks god am very happy this website contains a forum in fact it's a good proof that it's
a trustful and lefit site
The title says it all , it's written that the payment is sent from your website , but nothing is in my paypal

Paypal has denied the masspay from me to your account.
The reason code is 3148.
You can contact this with Paypal's support and see why you cannot receive money from me.

I have add your money back to your account.
