Title: Instant Order Approval has been disabled

Hi, all

I have noticed that some dishonest buyers who open the dispute on Paypal after their ads credits ran out on Cashtravel.
They are just taking advantage of instant order approval.
So I have now disabled this function.

From now on, your first order must be manually approved, all your future orders thereafter will be instant.
