Hi, Jason

The points will be shown in "Advertising Balance Stats"

You can convert your points to cash by clicking on "Converter"

For each paid to sign up offer, our advertisers will state their requirements under "description".

For example,

As you finished all the requirements, you can submit the evidence that advertiser requires.
Some offers require a "Welcome E-mail" as evidence, some are different.

You should get your paid to sign up earnings within 7 days if you successfully complete it.

This would be probably wrong.
If you are already a member of Clixsense, then do not do this offer.

The converter should be working.
Enter the points amount you want to convert, then select cash or link credits on the right side.
Click "Convert Now".

I guess you have selected "Cash" on the left side.
"Cash" is the balance on your account, not the points.
