Hi, my account was suspended because I not logged in for over 180 days. Please admin, can you enable my account? Thank you in advance!

Please help me my account has been suspended they say that I have multi accounts, but I don't have any other account
I think that the problem is because my brother uses the site from his computer and we are connected to the same wifi
