Title: Referrals Recycle

Good Profits
It was informed by the Administrator that the Recycling of Leased Referrals would be released in 2018, and I just signed in, but it still reads: "Referrals Recycle Is Currently Disabled." I wonder when the Recycle Bin will be released ?? Thank you.
