Question about provision

Hi admin. I'm just curious,why on withdrawal fee stands that fee is 2% or $0.01,when is actually 0.03?

I assume you need to request $1.3.
So 2% of $1 would be $0.02.  And the remaining 2% of $0.3 would be round up to $0.01.
So that's why it was $0.03 for the fee.
