Does this mean that the more PTC points I have the value of the ads increases?

You are one of our upgraded members. For V2 monthly membership, you will receive 300 PTC credits weekly as long as your membership is valid.
And these credits are used for running ads. You can create PTC ad to promote something.
PTC credits is not something related to earnings, it's just credits for running your own ads.
