i  m not able to get payment to my paypal account ,,,,,can i request to get payment to someone else account ....for example to my friend or any other person's account or can i add paypal account with some other username,,,,

Sorry, you cannot use other person's account either to withdraw or deposit.
The only option you got is Payza.
