Keep logging out automatically

I dont know why but cashtravel keep logging out when i surfing ads....

Hi,

I just tried with my laptop, clicking ads seems working fine for me.
Are you surfing the cashtravel ptc ads and third party offerwall ads together at the same time?

No. Only clicking ads... Tried with different PC and phones... Same problem

No... I never change anything. I tried with my friend's pc too... same problem.
Never mind... i'll try to clear cache, cookies etc... Thanks

When did it happen? From the time when you join the site...?
We have not change any member settings or html code since we upgraded our script from SDR 3 to SDR 3.1...
And it should be more than a year and half from that time... And I barely got any complaints regarding to this auto log-out issue...
If it was our problem, then it could be the problem for everyone else on our site...
Could you please ask a PC technician to look into this issue for you...?
