ad fly in click exchange

There is another ad fly in Click exchange -- really annoying coz it redirects one to another site eventually (Family clicking) and it now stops all my ads in click exchange to be shown..

Please have it removed coz it is stuck to that adfly even when I try to sign in again and start over.

I had just tried the exchange again today. The ad fly is not there anymore. Thank you very much!
