Lottery like Cash Travels

Can you tell me how to make my Lottery on my PTC site it’s own page in order to promote it.  I believe Cash Travels does it  perfectly.
 I want to be able to place the lottery page on other PTC Sites  if possible so that a member of my site that is still logged in and surfing at another site where I promote my lottery page will see it.

Can You advise me?

Click your lottery page, copy and paste the link, and set up your ad on ptc section.
