Sign up with a referral link

I am Pierdp1, I am new on this site and happy to meet you!  
Dear Admin, I have a question:
Yesterday I have received from a colleague from this forum a message: "Microjob - You have to sign up with my referral link
I Will give you 1 day to register with my referral link and click all ads for 1 day if you do not that i deny your microjob".

My question  is how to make this? How I can sign up with another referral link or how I can add a referral to my account (for the moment I exclude the situation of payment for a referral)?
I want to help and to be helped, as well!

I do not quite understand, the forum is a place where members can provide their earning opportunities to the other members.
The place you can earn from your work is called "Paid to Sign up" section in CashTravel.info
