payment not pending and not in my paypal acct. what is the problem admin??

hi, my name is George, please i withdrew money over 24hrs ago, the money is no longer in pending withdraw and am yet to see the reflection of the withdrew amount in my paypal account. if this program is real then credit my account before i start telling people you guys are fake okay, my username is "gokoh4" and my paypal account is id is "[email protected]"  thanks
