Advertisements geo-targetting issue

@Admin I have a running ad with geo-targetting for 6 countries, but I'm getting hits from every tier.
This has been going on for a few days. How can I solve it?

Please let me know which one of your ads that you want to set geo target.
And which countries.

I see you have set countries with your no-minimum PTP link, chances are people using proxy or vpn to view your ads.
So on no-minimum side, their PTP system may not able to recognize some ip..
