Link credits and PTR credits can be used for advertising.
You can use these credits to place ads. For ex, you other earning sites that need downlines.

None of these offers are available for free, they all require me to recharge  :-\

No, you can assign credits to the ad you created. You do not have to purchase ads credits.

Can a clearer explanation of these offers

 :)

Link credits and PTR credits can be used for advertising.
You can use these credits to place ads. For ex, you other earning sites that need downlines.

I see you have got PTC ads set up already.
You just click on "Manage Ads" option, under "Credits action", select "add".
