I want to know what is my problem with the site, there is no withdrawal arrived Albay Bal I have many times request payment from the site, but there is nothing up and even in the last request payment after I changed the address of Albay Bal and solved the problem of Albay Bal did not reach me payment :( :(

The denial reason code is 3148.
You have to contact paypal support for this matter! It won't work just by changing e-mail or so...
