Title: no activation of my purchase.

Hello,

I bought a pack a Large Package Travel by AlertPay $ 7.00 two days ago.
I sent a support ticket to the admin with the numbers of transactions for that active my AlertPay account and bought my pack.

No response from him since and no activation of my purchase.
can you help me
