Title: Order status - Pending

I have purchased Travel XLarge Package on 09/17/13 and yesterday i send a support ticked with no replay till now so i ask for support here.
I am familiar with the aurora script and im sure you dont need any more details on my purchase.
Im not happy with that delays and will appreciate any replay.
