Title: Trying to cash out - personal pin issue

I am trying to cash out but am having a personal pin issue.  I ave my personal pin written down and know what it is, but it is not being  recognized.  How  do I fix this issue?

What personal message?  Where do I find that?  My home page shows I have 0 messages.  I just tried to cashout again & same issue.  Please help.  I also just posted this under help & support because I forgot I had posted this problem here previously.  My apologies.  I have cashed out 6 times before without any issues.  Why is it now a problem?  Thanks.

Please change it once you login.
