Check the failed logins, register for 3 days, and with 18 failed logins?
Despite failed logins, check the failed paid to sign up, 10 failed paid to sign up with 0 approved sign up?

There is no specific date for dividends because it all depends on the site revenue.
So I would encourage you at least login and click premium ads once a day, then you should not miss a single dividend.
