I've bought 120000 credits yesterday, but credits not added in my account.

Good admin, I need you to give me a hand, I have bought a membership through paypal for 48 hours, but it is not activated here on the page, I have already been charged and I have also authorized the purchase, but the activated membership still does not appear. Thanks in advance.
