Didn`t get my payment

hi ,
I got  a payment recieved in here but i didn`t recieve the money in my paypal account
what is the problem . sorry i`m new here and i don`t know much

Your paypal account somehow denied the masspay from us.
The reason code is 14764.
Please contact your paypal support for further assistance.
