Não Recebi Loteria

Não recebi o premio de Segundo sorteado ( 0,60 ) do último concurso. Alguém pode me ajudar a saber o porque de não receber? Obrigado.

This credit received in October was from the BET made in October and everything is fine.
But the one I didn't receive was from the November GIVEAWAY BET, that one wasn't paid to me. OKAY
Please regularize and confirm that I took 2nd place in the November GIVEAWAY. Thanks.
