BUYING REFERRALS

when i was clicking ads, i saw an ad that shows the price to buy referrals here, and also said that the site have upto +200 referrals to sell. And sells are made from those active membres  for 10 days etc.

But i find it hard to navigate to that same page again, it's not on the :account menu, nor on Earnings Area, nor on Referral Stats, nor on Others. so help me locate it, Besides many members may be thinking that the site does not sell or rent referrals .

i will like if it will be on a visible place, may be under Referral Stats, so if we have non referrals then we can buy one from there.
