Bought 10 referrals but only have 9. help?

Hello Admin,
I've bought 10 referrals, but there's only 9 in my account. What happened to the last one? ???
my second question is why only the first referral earned anything if all of them clicked yesterday? is it because only one of them reached the minimal amount of clicks?
