$2 for 40

i already paid for this advertisement and purchase is completed and yet i did not have the CREDITS for 40 paid to sign up. i send 2 messages with attachment of my payment using PayPal as payment processor in the Contact Us. i need to know what happen or status of my purchase and the $2 for 40 CREDITS. thanks in advance.
