Do they get converted as $ into my account...

And one more thing is, i spent $3 for one month and my balance is too low than what i spent, then what is the benefit for me by purchasing this package...

Those ads credits can only be used as advertising purpose, it can not be converted into cash.

And it is really important for you to calculate the earning before you make any membership purchase.
V2 and V3 membership are good for members who have referrals.
And only V1 membership is good for members who does not have a single referral.
