Did not receive cashout on paypal

Hello admin,

     I need help with my cashout because it already display as paid on my account but when I check on my paypal account I received nothing. Please help and tell me what happen.

Just sent the amount to your account.
It's our mistake that did not enter your paypal account correctly.
