Can't login

Hi,when I login, just see white page and then I refresh it :
Login Error!

You did not enter the correct Capcha text! Please try again.
Can you explain me why!! Thanks

You were detected using proxy.
As stated clearly in our terms, proxy is not allowed.

I remember I didn't using proxy..
